CLC Worldwide Enrichment Summer Camp Registration.

Orientation: Will be held May 11, 2023 at 7PM.

Camp begins: June 5, 2023 and ends July 28, 2023

The Enrichment Summer Camp is an 8-week performance arts program featuring dance, drama, physical activities, language arts tutoring, math tutoring, creative arts activities, various on and off campus field trips and stem activities for ages 5yrs-14yrs of age (entering grades kindergarten-9th grade).

Camp hours are 8am-3pm, with early arrival availability between 7am-8am, and aftercare hours 3pm-6pm. The $135 weekly fee covers all hours between 7am-6pm. A $1 per minute late fee will be charged after 6PM. Breakfast, lunch, and a snack meal will be provided daily. Field trips and on campus snack trucks will be available at an additional cost. Summer Camp will be held at the Christian Life Center location the address is 6337 Hwy 42 Rex, GA.

A Non-refundable† registration fee of $45 is required per child. A $5 registration discount is allowed for each additional child residing at the same address with the same legal guardian(s). It is our mission to enrich the summer experience for each camper by providing a loving, safe, and fun atmosphere.

We operate as an exempt sight for Bright for the start. Special needs registrants require an in-person parental conference and a parental involvement plan. Registration fees and discounts will be refunded for registrants with special needs that cannot be accommodated.

In signing this application, we agree to the following*
We/I (parent/guardian) give our child permission to participate in all Christian Life Center Worldwide’ s Performing Arts/Enrichment Summer Program activities. This also assumes voluntary participation in events by the child that includes sports, field trips and all recreational activities. We/I agree to pay the fee for our child’s care on Friday before for the up-and-coming week in the amount of $135 per child. There is a $20.00 late fee for payments not made on time. Nonpayment’s will result in our child not being able to attend until the account balance is current. We/I also assume payment for any special activities or field trips. In conclusion, we understand that attendance at CLCWW Performing Arts/Enrichment Summer Program is a privilege and not a right. This privilege may be forfeited for any student who does not conform to the Parent handbook policies and procedures which includes a code of conduct. The camp may dismiss any student at any time. As a parent/guardian, We/I understand We/I am 100% responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred on behalf of my child, including, but not to limited to: hospital, emergency room, ambulance, x-ray, co-pay, or prescription fees, etc. We/I understand that in the event a child needs medical attention, they will be transported to the nearest hospital. CLCWW shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained by my child while in the care of CLCWW. I hereby waive any right I may have to sue CLCWW in the future for any injuries sustained by my child while in the care of CLCWW.

Registration fee is $45 for the first child, $40 for the second, and $35 for the third. Weekly tuition is $135.
